I really do need to speed the art videos up more, but the VSDC Free Video Editor refuses to speed up a video clip by more than 800% and it’s prone to crashing while compiling a video clip that’s been sped up by more than 300% or so.

So I’ll need to speed up my video clips, compile the resulting video, hope the Editor doesn’t crash during compiling, and then bring the compiled video back into the Editor to speed it up more…

Perhaps Windows Movie Maker would be better for that…?
