Bubble Penguin on the Rocks

As part of my ongoing experimentation with Adobe Illustrator, I vectored a penguin playing with bubbles. I have to say, it’s really convenient being able to save at a substantially higher resolution than I worked at without any loss of quality.
I’ve added this to my Redbubble shop here! :: https://www.redbubble.com/shop/ap/121449494

Brainstorm Headache

I’ve been experimenting with Adobe Illustrator to do some graphic design. This is an old idea that I’ve had percolating in my brain stuffs, related to my congenital brain cyst giving me headaches in response to changes in the weather. It’s weather map symbols overlayed over a brain.
I’m struggling to transcribe this idea. I don’t have a “visual imagination”, per say; all I’ve got up in here is the vibes that I should feel when looking at the art piece.

Man-Moose On The Loose

Once upon a time, I was watching a video of a moose and her calves walking down a road and realized: Hey! That freaks me out a little bit! Too big. Too spindly. Too much leg. Whereupon this strange idea was produced and slowly, ponderously worked on.
Inspired by the bus scene from My Neighbor Totoro, here’s an anthropomorphized moose waiting at a bus stop. For this character design, I wanted to emulate the unnerving nature of a moose with this horrifying woodcutter. Instead of actually giving him antlers, I gave him a moose-themed umbrella as a further reference to Totoro.

Alien At The Beach – Redbubble
I’ve added this piece to my Redbubble account. Now you too can have a strange shark creature emblazoned on your chest and/or other possessions perhaps!
Cat Gumball Machine
It is complete, or as complete as I care to make it: A gumball machine filled with gumballs that are also cats.
I also did a number of alternate color palettes based off of different pride flags.
I’ve also added all the variants to my Redbubble:

Sketch Page: Gumball-Cat Machine
I’ve been fiddling about with a small Galaga-style video game, but I’m not sure if it’s, like, fun? So that’s bumming me out. Anyways, here’s some conceptual sketches of a gumball machine that dispenses gumballs that are also cats.
Seasonal Split
A sequence of four trees representing the seasons: a bare oak for Autumn; a snow-covered evergreen for Winter; a blossoming Sakura for Spring; and a lush oak for summer.
I’m not entirely pleased with how this one turned out. Maybe more shading could help it? It’s kind of aggressively busy, too. Perhaps simplifying the design is in order.
Regardless of my reservations, I have added this to Redbubble! https://www.redbubble.com/people/sada-tainment/works/39407376-seasonal-split?asc=u
Simple Speaker Design
I cleaned up the simpler design for the speaker that my OC, Jasmine “Jazz” Harper, has on the back of her coat. I was also trying to add some more flair to it with some colorful splashes inspired by graffiti art. I have no idea how to make that look good, though.
I’ve added the simple design to my Redbubble.
Inevitability: Iron Man
I love you 3000, Tony Stark.
This would probably make a cool shirt, but corporations are the enemy and I don’t have the capital to be sued.
