Drowning from Depression

Sometimes, when you’re suffering from depression and anxiety, it feels like you’re drowning and the whole world is watching and laughing. But the majority of the world doesn’t know what you’re going through and, of those that do, the ones that matter aren’t laughing.

WIP: Drowning Depression

I’ve been plugging away at this piece for a bit, but there’s still more to do. I intend to add silhouettes of unconcerned people walking in the aquarium in front.

I’ve been struggling with my depression and anxiety lately. It feels like my brain’s drowning me and the whole world is laughing. I know that’s not true, but it’s hard to get my racing mind to calm down.
